知识经济与高校产业化

Knowledge economy and industrialization of colleges and universities

高等教育在知识经济中占有重要的地位。我国的高等教育还是在计划经济思维模式下 ,把高等教育当成纯而又纯的公益事业 ,只等国家投入是行不通的。必须解放思想 ,树立教育产业化意识 ,改革教育办学体制、筹资体制和运行机制 ;放权搞活 ,开放非义务教育市场 ,充分利用各类教育资源 ,采取各种融资手段 ,扩大高等教育规模与供给。高校产业化的另一个突出问题是科技成果产业化难。为此 ,建议 :第一 ,由政府筹措 ,建立科研中试风险基金 ;第二 。

The higher education plays an important role in the knowledge economy.The higher education of our country is still under planned economy.It wont work to take higher education as pure cause of the public good and only to wait for the investment of country.We must emancipate the mind,set up the consciousness of education industrialization and reform the system for running schools,financing nd operating.We also should delegate powers to lower levels and invigorate the econamy,open the market for the noncompulsory education,make a good use of education resources of all kinds,adopt financial means to enlarge the scale and supply of the higher education.Another striking problem of the higher education industrialization is difficult for industralizing use of scientific discoveries.So we have two suggestions.First,the goverment collects money to set up the risk funds for the scientific research.Second,the high speed communication net work which links scientific research with industry is to be built up.
