Discussion on comprehensive quality cultivation of resident physicians in neurosurgery department

目的:探讨神经外科住院医师综合素质培养的方法及理念,并对教学模式的效果作出分析。方法:在循证医学教育观指导下,回顾性分析神经外科住院医师综合素质的培养,以其培养方法及思维为研究对象,实施医学成绩评估,观察培养效果。结果:综合素质的培养能提高神经外科住院医师实践能力,提高自身修养,激发创新思维,减少医患矛盾。结论:临床思维、人文及病例导入式教学的综合培养有利于神经外科临床教学,能最大程度的提高神经外科住院医师的综合素质。

Objective To discuss the method and concept of comprehensive quality cultivation of resident physicians in neurosurgery department and analyze the effect of teaching model.Method Comprehensive quality cultivation of resident physicians in neurosurgery department were retrospectively analyzed under the instruction of educational view of evidence-based medicine.The culture method and thought were chose as objects to perform achievement assessment and observe the effect.Results The cultivation of comprehensive quality can improve practical ability,intensify self-cultivation,stimulate creative thinking,and reduce the contradiction between doctors and patients.Conclusion The comprehensive cultivation of clinical thought,humanistic and case introduced teaching method is helpful to the clinical education of neurosurgery department.It can improve the comprehensive quality of resident physicians in neurosurgery department to the largest extent.
