摘要
以长春大学教师工作业绩考核实践为例 ,分析探讨了如何运用科学的量化方法对高等学校教师工作业绩进行评价。从考核指标体系的科学性和导向问题以及与教师职务评审基本条件的结合等方面指出了存在的问题 ,并提出了具体的解决方法 ,以便提高考评结果的科学性和客观性。
Taking practical examples of the teachers work assessment of Changchun University,this article discusses and analyzes how to use the method of scientific quantification to evalvate teachers work of the institutions of higher learning.In order to enhance scientificality and objectivity of the check up results,the exist problems are pointed out and the concrete solving methods are put forward from several aspects,such as,scientificality of test index system,guiding problems and combination of teachers post assessment.
