摘要 根据机罩的实际形状和经验为零件添加了工艺补充面和压料面,并建立了机罩的有限元模型。使用Autoform进行模拟得出模拟结果。通过分析结果优化了压边力。通过详细的分析比较,对机罩冲压的数值模拟基本能够真实地反映出机罩冲压变形的整个过程。这为该零件模具设计和修改提供了可靠的仿真工具和良好的思路,同时为此零件冲压用材的选择也提供了可靠的依据。为CAE技术在覆盖件模具设计中的应用和推广打下了基础。 Based on the experience and the form of the hood,the addendum and binder surface for the part were added and the finite element model of the part was built.Through analyzing the optimal results obtained from simulation with A utoform,the blank holder farce is aptimized.By analyzing and comparing the results in detail,the whole deforming processes in punching can really be reflected through numerical simulation for the hood to be punched.It often a reliable emulation tool and good way of thinking for the design and amends of the part's die,at the same time it offers a credible evidence of choosing material for the part punching as well,which laid foundation for the application and popularization of the technology of computer aid engineer in the die design of auto panels.
