摘要
基于产品设计三维模型进行装配偏差仿真分析是提高产品装配精度的必然趋势。针对装配偏差分析过程中各类零件定位、测量等几何特征的提取与重构,采用OSG技术对STL模型进行显示渲染和种子点的拾取操作,在点边拓扑关系重构基础上以边的二面角作为判断准则以识别特征边,并自动提取所拾取特征的几何参数和添加相应公差信息。该方法充分利用了STL模型体积小、通用性强等优点,为构建独立于三维造型平台的装配偏差分析系统提供了可靠的输入基础。
In order to improve the product's assembly precision,the assembly variation simulation analysis based on the 3D model used in product design has becoming an inevitable trend.According to the extraction and reconstruction of all kinds of parts 'location and measuring features used in the process of the assembly variation analysis ,the STL model is rendered and the seed point is picked up via OSG technology. And the dihedral angle is used as the criterion to recognize the feature edge on the basis of reconstructing the point and edge topology. Then the geometric parameter is extracted automatically and the tolerance information is added.The method makes full use of the advantages of the STL model such as small volume and strong universal to provide reliable input for constructing dependent of 3D modeling platform. the assembly variation analysis system being independent of 3D modeling platform.
