摘要 ASP.NET是.NET平台下开发B/S模式网络应用程序的新一代技术,MATLAB是一种解决工程计算问题的高性能工具,具有强大的计算和绘图功能,开发基于B/S模式与MATLAB相结合的切削参数优化模块具有很强的现实意义。首先建立B/S模式的架构以及汽车行业金属切削数据库(Au-tomotive Metal Cutting DataBase System,AMCDBS)的系统结构,然后以提高切削加工效率为目标,建立车削用量优化模型,再以车削最大生产率目标优化为例阐述MATLAB Web应用程序的工作原理及其开发,最后给出车削用量优化应用程序应用效果。 ASP.NET is a new technology for developing B/S mode network applications program under .NET platform, While MATLAB is a high-performance software tool for solving engineering problem with powe(ul computing and mapping, which is significant for developing cutting parameters optimization module combining the B/S mode with MATLAB.Firstly,the B/S model architecture and system structure of automotive metal cutting database is built.Then,a model of optimum turning parameters is established for the single-goal of maximum productivity.In addition,taking maximum turning productivity application as an optimizing case ,the working principle and development of a typical MATLAB Web Server are introduced in detail. Finally the application effect of application program for turning parameters optimization is presented.
