摘要
介绍运用LabVIEW软件开发"电主轴综合性能测试与评价系统"的内容和特点,希望可以由已往的主轴单项检测或模拟分析,改由此测试系统来做主轴整体检测分析,借此来优化电主轴结构、减少主轴振动、噪声和热传导等问题,以便更好地掌握电主轴的静动态特性等相关关键技术,以确保主轴的优良性能。该系统对电主轴进行八个方面的测试,为全面、客观、系统地评价电主轴提供了检测手段、实验方法和理论依据,最后运用其中一个测试模块证明了该测试与评价系统具有实用方便、科学有效的特点。
The content and characteristics of a comprehensive measuring and evaluating system of motorized spindle developed by implanting the LabVIEW was introduced.lt is recommended to detect and analyze the whole spindle by this system instead of by single detect or simulation analysis as it did before in order to optimize the motorized spindle and reduce vibration ,noise and thermal transmission of the spindle. Thus key technologies such as static and dynamic characteristics of the spindle could be mastered well and better performance of the spindle is guaranteed.The test made by the system shall be conducted in eight aspects ,which will provide testing means ,test method and theoretical basis for comprehensive, objective and systematical evaluating of the spindle.Finally,one of the testing modules is applied to prove the characteristics of the measuring and evaluating system,which is convenient, practical, scientific and effective.
