摘要
现代的数控加工中心要求被加工零件在一次装卡后,加工中心能够自动地对工件各加工面进行多工序加工,这就需要加工中心频繁的更换刀具来满足加工中心的这一技术要求。针对目前国内大多数加工中心主轴松刀机构都是将松刀力沿轴向作用在主轴轴承上的情况,设计了一种主轴松刀卸荷机构。该机构能将机床松刀时沿轴向作用在主轴轴承上的松刀力转化为卸荷机构内部的作用力,能有效改善主轴轴承的受力情况,从而延长了主轴轴承的使用寿命,保证了机床的加工精度。
Tools are replaced frequently in order to meet the technical requirements that the CNC can automatically machine the surface of workpiece for multi-process required by the CNC after once positioned and clamped.Specific to the situation that tool release force will act on the spindle bearings along the axial in most machining centers, a tool release and unloading mechanism is designed,which could transform the release force acting on the spindle bearing along the axial into the internal force of the mechanism,and the force situation of the spindle bearing can be effectively improved.Thus the service life of the spindle bearings can be extended,and the machining accuracy can be ensured by using the mechanism.
