摘要
近年来,钛合金材料在现代飞机中所占比例不断增加,尤其是在高性能战斗机中,其所占比例已高达40%[1]。因此,钛合金材料飞机零件的加工效率对航空制造企业的影响越来越大,钛合金的高效加工问题已成为当今数控加工行业的研究热点。介绍了一种高效加工钛合金、合金钢等难加工材料复杂型面航空结构件的卧式五轴加工中心机床,介绍了该机床的总体结构布局,机床的床身、立柱、回转工作台、摆头等主要部的件机械结构和特点,以及该机床的主要技术参数。
In recent years, the proportion of Ti-Alloy material is increasing constantly in applying to the modern aeroplane, especially in the high performance battle plane, which proportion is up to 40% . Therefore,the impact of the Ti-Alloy's machining efficiency on the aviation manufacturing company is more and more, and the high-performance NC machining of the Ti-Alloy has become a pop research in the modern machining industry.The paper introduces a 5 axis horizontal machining center for high-performance machining of the complicated aircraft structure part made up of hard machining material such as Ti-Alloy, alloy steel,etc,describes the total structural arrangement,the main mechanical structure and the characteristic of the machine's bed,calumn,rotating work table,and the swing head,as well as the main technical data of the machine.
