摘要 孔的冷挤压强化可以显著提高机械连接的疲劳强度。为了深入了解孔冷挤压后孔壁残余应力分布状态,采用有限元方法建立了孔挤压轴对称模型。基于最小二乘原理,采用模拟实验法,建立了残余应力和挤压率、挤压孔直径、板件厚度等工艺参数之间的关系式。结果表明,不同工艺参数下,孔壁残余应力的分布曲线形状相似,通过模拟实验法建立的关系式简洁明了,满足工程的精度要求,有利于提高对孔冷挤压残余应力的定量认识,为孔冷挤压后的疲劳强度分析奠定了基础。 The strengthening of cold extruding may improve the fatigue strength in mechanical structures.In order to understand deeply residual stress status around hole after cold extruding,a Finite Element Method was ued to establish an axisymmetric model for hole extruding shaft.By adopting .simulating experimentation,relationships among the technological parameters such as residual stress and cold extruding ratio,extruding hole diameter,plate thickness,etc.was set up based on the least square principle.Results show that the profile of distribution curves of the residual stress is similar under different parameters.The relationship set up through simulation experiment can satisfy the engineering requirements for precision,which is beneficial to improve the understanding of the residual stress around the cold extruding hole quantita- tively and lay a foundation for future analyzing the fatigue strength after cold extruding.
