生物标记物与儿科脓毒症诊断病情评估及治疗监测 被引量:2

Biomarker and the diagnosis of child sepsis and the condition evaluation and treatment monitoring

摘要 脓毒症(sepsis)及其导致的脓毒性休克(septicshock)和多脏器功能不全(MODS)目前仍然是儿科ICU最主要死因,且其发生率呈上升趋势。降低小儿脓毒症病死率的关键是早期诊断及早期、适宜的干预措施。随着对人类基因和蛋白质研究认识的深入,人们逐步认识到机体各种生理、病理反应虽体现在组织、器官或机体整体上,但所有病变均以基因和蛋白质分子变化为基础,基因和蛋白质结构和功能异常变化,导致细胞生物学行为和功能改变,最终对细胞、组织、器官功能和结构产生影响。
