摘要
商业保释是美国保释制度中非常重要的组成部分,它对于保障犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的人身自由意义重大。借鉴美国的商业保释制度,有助于扩大中国取保候审的范围,丰富取保的方式,消减对外来人口的歧视,克服目前取保监督不力之现状。
The commercial bail is an important part of the bail system in US.It is significant to protect the personal freedom of the accused.Using it for reference can be helpful for the reform of the guaranteed pending trial in expanding its scope,and ways,reducing the discrimination against mobile persons,overcoming the insufficiency of current supervision.
