摘要
在盆栽条件下,以大豆品种绥农14为材料,研究了大豆花期干旱胁迫条件下喷施不同浓度油菜素内酯(BR)对大豆生理特性的影响。结果表明:与正常供水相比,干旱条件下,大豆叶片过氧化物酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性、可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量增加,干旱胁迫下喷施一定浓度BR处理增幅更明显。一定浓度BR缓解了干旱胁迫下丙二醛积累和叶绿素降解。油菜素内酯适宜喷施的浓度范围是0.2~1.2mg/L。
This experiment was set up to investigate physiological characteristics of brassinosteroid(BR) inducing soybean at flowering stage under drought stress.The treatments included BR concentration of 0.2mg/L,0.4mg/L,0.8mg/L and 1.2mg/L,normal water not spraying hormone(CKI) and control of water spraying water(CKII).The results showed that compared with normal water supply,soybean leaf peroxidase activity,superoxide dismutase activity,soluble sugar content,free proline content increased under drought stress.They increased more obviously under drought stress by spraying exogenous BR.Exogenous BR alleviated certain concentration of MDA accumulation under drought stress and chlorophyll degradation.The results showed that exogenous BR concentration range suitable for spraying were 0.2-1.2mg/L.
