摘要
通过对新疆哈密天山造山带东段东戈壁超大型钼矿床物质组成及选矿新工艺的论证评价,揭示了该矿床物质组成的复杂性及选矿性能,获得下列认识:①赋矿岩石以变质砂岩和变质砂质泥岩及变质泥质砂岩为主,矿石具有多重复杂组构特征,这些因素对矿石的技术加工产生不良影响;②采用全浮选流程:浮选结构为一浮二扫七精;③粗选:磨矿采用-200目70%条件,石灰用量500g/t,水玻璃用量0g/t为最佳值,GR-713用量150g/t,2号油75g/t,上述原料的采用量所获选矿回收率和品位均为最佳方案;④精选:二段磨矿细度条件为-400目95%,硫化钠用量50g/t;⑤闭路试验:一段采用-200目70%,二段采用-400目95%,选矿总结果是:精矿产率0.24%,品位45.85%,回收率86.4%;尾矿产率为99.76%,品位0.017%,回收率为13.6%。钼精矿符合国家钼精矿质量标准中二级品三类,说明各种选矿方法和药液配比适当,矿石选矿性能综合评价为易选。
Through the argument of Xinjiang Hami Tianshan orogenic belt east segment eastern gobi super-large molybdenum material bed composition and mineral separation new technology,reveals the complexity of mineral deposit composed substance and processing properties,obtain the following knowledge: 1) The host rocks are mainly metasandstone、metamorphic sandy shale and metamorphic shale sand,ore mainly with multiple complex construction characteristics,these factors on ore adverse effects of technology;2) adopted the flotation process: for a Float second sweep seven sift;3) roughing: grinding adopt-200 mesh 70% conditions,lime dosages 500g/t,sodium silicate dosage 0g/t is the best value,GR-713 dosage 150g/t,2 oil 75g/t,by the amount of raw materials by dressing recovery and grade are the best solution;4) selected: two sections of grinding fineness conditions for-400 mesh 95%,sodium sulfide dosage 50g/t;5) closed-circuit test: a period using-200 mesh 70%,two sections of using-400 mesh 95%,dressing total result is: refined mineral rate 0.24%,grade 45.85%,recovery 86.4%;tailing productivity.99.76%,grade 0.017%,recovery 13.6%.Molybdenum concentrate fit molybdenum concentrate national quality standard of the grade 2 third kind,suggest various processing method and proportion of materials are appropriately,ore processing properties for easy to choose performance comprehensive evaluation.
