摘要
Y型通风无煤柱开采需要沿空留巷,所留巷道要保持到下一个工作面回采使用。对于沿空留巷,煤矿工程技术人员经过了几十年不懈的努力,用各种支护材料对沿空留巷进行了支护实践,也没能够摸索出一套有效的支护技术。现用水泥充填墙配合掘进巷道期间高密度的锚索、锚杆联合支护和留巷前补强支护取得了Y型通风无煤柱开采沿空留巷的成功技术。利用这个技术结合我矿实际情况,我们制定我矿Y型通风无煤柱开采工作面掘进期间巷道支护方案,并成功地实现了Y型通风无煤柱开采。下面是Y型通风无煤柱开采掘进巷道期间高密度的锚索、锚杆联合支护和留巷前补强支护在我矿应用与探讨。
Pillar less Mining Technology with Y Type Ventilation needs the gateway retained along goaf maintaind to the next coal mining working faces to actual mining.Coal mine engineers experienced the supporting to the gateway retained along goaf with a variety of supporting materials through several decades of unremitting efforts,and they could be not able to explore an effective supporting technology.Now Pillar less mining technology with Y type ventilation succeeded by using the cement wall,the high density of anchor lock,bolt combined support in the process of excavation roadway and the reinforced support.Linking with our actual conditions,Coal mine made a support plan with the Y type ventilation and succeeded in the Pillar less mining technology with Y type ventilation.Here is the application and discussion of the high density of anchor lock,bolt combined support in the process of excavation roadway and the reinforced support in my mine
