摘要
在构建选粉机力学模型基础上,导出选粉机参数化计算公式。采用工程反求设计方法,确定设计参数。应用Delphi编程方法,求解参数化设计结果,并通过实例验证。结论是:采用选粉机参数化设计软件,可显著降低研发成本和制造成本,实现面向工程、面向用户的快速响应设计。
Based on constructing classifier mechanical model,a parametric formula is derived.the engineering reverse design method,the design parameters have been determined with the engineering reverse design method,and application of Delphi programming method is presented to solve the parametric design results,and has been verified by practice examples.It is conduded that using classifier parametric design software can significantly reduce RD costs and achieve the manufacturing cost,and it has been realized th engineering,user-oriented fast response design.
