Social risk is a sort of reversible intermediateness,in which there exists potential or real social or political factors which may lead to social conflict,threatening the social stability and the ruling security in a special period of a country.The current overall situation of China＇s society is very stable,being a rare period of strategic opportunity for economy and society development.At the same time,there exist many explicit and implicit social risks in this rapid economic and social transformational period.This historical period will promote the determined people to think about the origin of social risk wisely,looking forward our country to seize the opportunity and pay political wisdom and rigid governance,in order to resolve effectively those social risks beyond the social tolerance and to reduce the social risks＇ superposition actively.If so,the livelihood and welfare will be implanted to a great degree,the power base will be strengthened and the long-term stability will be realized.
