摘要
对中日两国的养老设施类型体系以及设计标准进行比较,探讨设施类型划分、功能配置、空间结构、使用面积、职员配置、承办主体、付费方式的异同,为我国养老设施类型体系的建立和设计标准、规范的制定提供参考依据。
The paper makes comparison of the facilities system and design standards for the aged between China and Japan,and explores two country＇s similarities and dissimilarities of elders＇ facilities in aspects of the classification,service function,space structure,usable area,staff,main undertaker and the way of payment.It is expected to provide reference for establishing organization and drawing up design standards and regulations in China.
