6例四肢软组织肿瘤的CT和MRI分析

AN ANALYSIS OF CT AND MAGNETIC RESONANCE MAGING OF 6 CASES OF SOFT-TISSUE TUMORS OF EXTREMITIES

目的 评价四肢软组织肿瘤影像学检查的意义。方法 总结6例手术病理证实的软组织肿瘤,分析其CT和MRI表现特点。结果 软组织肿瘤CT共同表现是低密度肿块,MRI表现各异,4例病变一端或两端显示“尾征”,2例恶性肿瘤内T2权重像出现高于脂肪的信号区。结论 四肢软组织肿瘤应首选MRI检查,“尾征”是肌间隙肿瘤较有意义的定位征象,T2权重像肿瘤内出现高于脂肪的信号区是恶性肿瘤的一个重要表现。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the imaging effects of soft-tissue tumors of extremities.Methods CT and MRI scans of 6 cases of soft-tissue tumors of extremities confirmed by surgery and pathology were reviewed and analyzed.Results The common CT manifestations were low-density masses,while the MRI images showed variety of signs.‘Tail signs’emerged in one or two limbs of 4 cases.Malignant tumors tended to have more T 2-weighted images than the signal areas of fat.Conclusion MRI imaging examination should be the first choice in diagnosing the soft-tissue tumors of extremities.‘Tail signs’ were the location signs of intermuscular tumors.The fact signal intensity of T 2-weighed images was higher than that of the signal area of fat is an important sign of malignant tumor.
