以严重腹胀为首发症状的儿童淋巴瘤1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 患儿,男,4岁。因腹胀进行性加重34 d,呼吸困难、多汗24 d入院。患儿于入院前34 d因发现腹部膨隆,伴有纳差,就诊于当地诊所,被诊断为消化功能紊乱,给予口服多酶片1周,腹胀无好转,并出现双下肢水肿,伴有活动后呼吸困难,面色苍白,外院检查显示少量心包积液、中等量胸腔积液和腹腔积液。胸腹腔引流液为黄色浑浊黏稠液，引流末可见血性液体。胸水检查提示为渗出液：总蛋白29．4g/L，葡萄糖0．61mmol／L，乳酸脱氢酶8127U／L，
