摘要
文章利用能源—经济投入产出模型,结合出口统计数据测算了我国各部门最终单位产品的能耗强度与CO2排放强度,以及由出口贸易引发的能源消耗和CO2排放,并在此基础上分析了各部门出口产品能耗强度与CO2排放强度对我国出口贸易结构的影响。研究结果显示:单位产品能耗强度和排放强度较大的部门主要集中于第二产业中资源性产品的开采和加工等部门;各部门的能耗强度与排放强度有降低的趋势;各部门之间的能耗强度与排放强度差距正在缩小;能耗与排放强度越大的部门,其产品在总出口中所占的比重上升越快,这说明我国的出口贸易中存在高能耗高碳产品的转移问题。
Using the hybrid-unit input-output model, this paper calculates the intensity of energy consumption and that of CO2 emission of each export department per unit. Then it analyzes the problem of China's export structure and transferring of energy and carbon intensive products. The results show that the intensity of energy consumption and that of CO2 emission per unit are larger in the second industry; the intensity of energy consumption and that of CO2 emission of each export department are decreasing; the difference between departments in the intensity of energy consumption and that of CO2 emission is narrowing. When a department has a higher intensity level of energy consumption and CO2 emission, the percentage of its product in the total export increases more quickly.
