摘要
为研究三维约束对陶瓷复合靶抗弹丸侵彻性能的影响,设计几种约束状态下的陶瓷复合靶板结构进行模拟研究。利用LS-DYNA对约束状态下靶体的抗弹性能进行数值分析,得到靶体破坏与弹丸侵蚀特征以及弹靶侵彻过程中的速度、加速度和内能变化曲线。计算结果表明:不同材质的背板约束机制不同,纤维板做背板能够发挥较好的支撑作用;陶瓷面板侧向约束复合靶抗弹丸侵彻能力大大优于非侧向约束陶瓷;纤维板做盖板陶瓷复合靶板有较优的抗弹性能。
To study the effects of the 3D-confinement on the performance of ceramic composite target against projectile,several kinds of ceramic composite targets were simulated.The anti-penetration performance of confinement on the ballistic mechanisms of the targets was simulated with LS-DYNA,and the damage characteristics of the targets,the erosion behaviors of projectiles and the velocity and acceleration changing curve of the penetration process were obtained.The simulation results show that different materials have different commitment mechanisms,and fire backboard can play better supporting role;the confined ceramic composite targets have excellent protection ability compared to unconfined ceramic targets to projectiles penetration,and cover plates made of fibre have excellent anti-penetration performance under projectile impact.
