摘要
以中苎1号、湘苎3号、多倍体一号(Tri-1)和新品系R057四个苎麻品种(系)为材料,研究了扦插密度对苎麻低位分枝扦插苗的成苗率、单株根干重、主茎高度增加量及分枝特性的影响。结果表明:在4个处理间,4个苎麻品种(系)低位分枝扦插苗的成苗率、主茎高度增加量和单株根干重都表现为差异显著,且分枝数、最低和最高分枝位长也表现出相同的趋势。在进行苎麻低位分枝扦插苗培育时,扦插苗的密度以100株/m2较为理想。
With three ramie varieties of Zhongzhu No 1, Xiangzhu No 3, Tris-I and a new line R057 as the materials, effect of different cutting density on shoot survival rate, stem height increment, root dry weight per plant and branching characteristics of cutting plant for low branches of ramie were studied. The results showed that shoot survival rate, stem height increment and root dry weight per plant in the four materials of cutting plant for low branches of ramie had significant differences among the treatments. The same results showed in branch number, minimum and maximum branches bit length. For all above, the optimal treatment of cutting propagation density should be about 100 per square meter.
