摘要
以武夷山和福州森林公园采集获得的30份新鲜水样为材料,分离获得5株苏云金杆菌(Bacillusthuringiensis,简称Bt)野生菌株。为了解这些新菌株的生物学特性,进行了形态学、生理生化、杀虫晶体蛋白等研究,并对白纹伊蚊(Aedes albopictus)和棉铃虫(Helicoverpa armigera)两类靶标昆虫进行毒力测定,结果显示LLW1对白纹伊蚊有较高的杀虫活性,其较正死亡率可达95.5%。经PCR扩增,发现该菌株含有cyt2基因。但这5个野生菌株对棉铃虫均无活性。
Five Bacillus thuringiensis isolates were recovered from 30 samples of fresh water collected from Wuyi Mountain and the Forest Park of Fuzhou. To learn more about the characteristics of these novel isolates, phase- contrast microscopy, physiology and biochemistry, protein, bioassay for Aedes albopictus and Helicoverpa armigera were performed. LLW1 was found to be toxic against the A. albopictus, with the correction mortality of 95.5%. And cyt2 was detected in the novel strain. However, no strain toxic against H. armigera was found in this study.
