建兰炭疽病病原菌分离、鉴定及培养条件优化 被引量:14

Isolation and Identification of Anthracnose Pathogen on Cymbidium ensifolium and Its Culture Condition Optimization

摘要 以福建漳州和福州地区的建兰炭疽病病株为试验材料,分离、鉴定病原菌,优化培养条件。结果表明:建兰炭疽病病原菌为胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)。病原菌生长的最适培养基为PDA,最适温度为28℃,最适pH值为7.0,最适光照为完全黑暗或12 h光暗交替,最适碳源为蔗糖或淀粉,最适氮源为NH4NO3。 Pathogen causing anthracnose on Cymbidium ensifolium in Zhangzhou and Fuzhou, Fujian which had was isolated and identified and the culture condition was optimized. The result showed that the pathogen of anthracnose on Cymbidium ensifolium was Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. The optimal culture condition was: PDA medium, 28 ℃, pH7.0, complete darkness or alternation of light and darkness every 12 hours, sucrose or starch for carbon source and NH4NO3 for nitrogen source.
