摘要 原生质体培养植株再生体系的建立,可为利用生物技术对橡胶树育种进行品种改良提供良好的受体系统。综述橡胶树原生质体培养的研究进展,并分析影响橡胶树原生质体再生的主要因素:(1)原生质体分离的起始材料;(2)原生质体的分离和纯化;(3)培养基成分;(4)培养方法;(5)品种基因型。 The establishment of plant regeneration system from protoplasts is considered as a good acceptor for biotechnology breeding in rubber tree. This article mainly introduced the advances in protoplast culture of rubber tree. Factors of effect on protoplast regeneration such as materials, isolation and purification, medium compositions, culture system and cultivar genotype were also analyzed.
