基于射频通信的顶板离层位移监控系统的设计

摘要 为进一步改善井下生产的安全,设计了一种基于射频通信的顶板离层位移监控系统。其检测分站计算出顶板离层位移量,再将采集到的数据传输给下一级分站,数据通过接力的方式一级一级往上传输,最后通过CAN总线传输至地面监控主机。分站采用了低功耗设计,具有定时开机、自动关机功能。系统采用电池供电和无线通信,大大减小了安装和维护的工作量。 In order to improve safe production of underground coal mine,designs one roof abscission layer displacement monitoring system based on RF(Radio Frequency) communication.The monitoring sub-station calculates roof displacement,and then it transfers collected data to the next sub-station.Data is transferred by using relay mode.Finally these data are transmitted to the ground monitoring host computer through CAN bus.Sub-station uses low power design,which has the functions of regular boot and auto-off.The system uses battery and wireless communication that can reduce installation and maintenance workload.
