摘要
采用TG-DSC分析仪和激光粒度分析仪对二水草酸钴在氩气中热分解过程进行了分析。研究结果表明:此热分解过程经历了两个阶段,首先在150~275℃之间二水草酸钴失去结晶水,然后在275~350℃之间CoC2O4热分解为金属钴粉。同时在此热分解过程中,热分解产物于328.0~347.7℃之间的粒径变化最大;于347.7~500.0℃之间的粒径变化次之;在室温~226.2℃及226.2~328.0℃之间的粒径变化不明显。因此,为了制备出不同粒径的金属钴粉,可以分段性地控制二水草酸钴在氩气中的热分解条件。
Analysis is made on the thermal decomposition of CoC2O4 · 2H2O in the argon gas by TG-DSC and laser granulometer. The results showed that the thermal decomposition was done in two stages. First, the crystal water in CoC2O4 · 2H2O was lost at 150~275 ℃. Then,CoC2O4 was pyrolyzed into cobalt pow- der at 300~450℃. At 328.0~347.7℃ ,the biggest particle size change is found in the product,while at 347.7~500℃ ,the product particle size change is less. And between room temperature and 226.2 ℃ ,and at 226.2~328.0℃ ,the particle size change is not obvious. Therefore, the thermal decomposition condition of CoC2O4 · 2H2O in the argon gas can be controlled in stages in order to prepare cobalt powder of different particle sizes.
