脉冲熔融热导法测定铀铌合金氮含量的研究

摘要 采用脉冲熔融热导法并结合LECO TC—436氧氮分析仪测定铀铌合金中的氮,讨论了分析功率、助熔剂种类及称样量对测定结果的影响,确定了最佳分析条件。结果表明,本实验测定铀铌合金氮含量的相对标准偏差小于15%,氮的加标回收率为84%~93%,方法的检出下限为20μg/g,与经典凯氏蒸馏法测定的结果基本一致。 Nitrogen content in uranium-niobium alloy was determined by pulse melting heat conduction with LECO TC-436 analyzer. The effect factors such as analysis power, flux types, sample weight on determination results were discussed and the optimum analytical conditions were identified. The results show that the RSD for determination of nitrogen content in uranium-niobium alloy is less than 15 %, and the recovery of the nitrogen is 84%~93%, detection lower limit is 20μg/g, which is basically consistent with that by Kjeldahl for the determination of the nitrogen content.
