ZrO_2基中温固体电解质材料的制备和性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用无机胶化工艺制备了球状的、分散性好且粒度分布较窄的几种ZrO2基粉末。经干压成型和烧结后制备成陶瓷质电解质材料。通过XRD显微结构等分析,显示所得的样品均为立方相结构。在1 450℃烧结的样品已近完全致密。1 450~1 550℃烧结的8YbSZ在450~700℃测试范围内具有比其他的ZrO2基材料更高的离子电导率。在550℃的操作温度下8YbSZ的电导率达0.001 S.cm-1,适合于作为中温固体电解质的材料。 Homogeneous, spherical and well distributed ZrO2 - based powders were prepared by using a combined process which called co - precipitation and inorganic sol - gel. The ceramic electrolytes materials were obtained by compaction and pressureless sintering. Near full density was realized at 1 450 ℃. The results shown that the materials are full- cubic stabilized ZrO2 by using XRD and mierostructure analysis. The ionic conductivity of 8YbSZ is higher than other ZrO2 - based electrolytes materials when sintered in temperature range of 1 450 - 1 550 ℃ for 450 - 700℃ testing range. The value of conductivity already has reached 1.7×10^-2 S·cm^-1 when operated at 700℃. All above indicated that 8YbSZ is a better candidate for the electrolyte material of intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cells.
