摘要
通过熔盐氯化实践的总结、数据分析和试验对反应机理进行研究,提出了熔盐氯化反应和收尘机理新观点——熔盐氯化的反应过程中高钛渣组分与氯气发生氯化反应的同时与熔盐中的组分直接生成低熔点复合氯化物。分析了低熔点复合氯化物生成机理,研究了低熔点复合氯化物的特点和形成低熔点复合氯化物的工艺条件。
Based on the production practice of melting salt chlorination, a new viewpoint of the reaction mechanism and dust collection mechanism of melting chlorination were finally proposed through production data analysis and relevant confirming industrial test. The results shown that chlorination reaction of titanium slag components with chlorine occurred at the same time, the reaction with melting salt resulted directly to generate low -melting composite chloride. The formation mechanism and process conditions of low - melting composite chloride were also analyzed, and the characteristic of low - melting composite chloride was also proposed.
