摘要
综述了电炉冶炼钛渣的工艺技术特点,介绍了加拿大QIT公司、南非里查兹湾矿物公司(RBM)和Namak-wa公司、挪威Tinfos钛铁公司和埃肯公司及我国遵义钛业、攀钢集团和云南新立有色金属有限公司等国内外主要电弧炉钛渣冶炼企业的生产动态。分析了钛渣生产过程中存在的主要危险源——高温、高压电、一氧化碳、泡沫渣,提出了钛渣安全生产需要注意的问题以及应采取的措施。
The technology characteristic of titanium slag smelting in electric arc furnace was reviewed. The safety pro- duction status of major domestic and overseas enterprises for titanium slag production in electric arc furnace, such as QIT of Canada, RBM and Namakwa of South Africa, Tinfos Iron -Titanium Company and Ineor of Norway, Panzhihua Steel Company and Yunnan Xinli Nonferrous Metals Co. , Ltd. , were introduced. The dangerous resources during the process of titanium slag smehing - high temperature, high voltage, CO, foaming slag were also analyzed. The safety measures which should be taken and the questions which should be noticed of titanium slag smelting were put forward.
