摘要
以COD和NH3-N为控制对象,采用一维对流反应水质模型,对嘉陵江支流梁滩河水环境容量进行核算,结果表明:①梁滩河现状负荷严重超标,但局部河段容量有富余。整体来看COD、NH3-N分别超出总环境容量的3.5倍和10.3倍;②对流域排放源进行优化后,得到的优化方案容量利用率比现状削减方案容量利用率高,其中COD容量利用率高出7.58%,NH3-N容量利用率高出8.15%;③为了满足现状削减方案,部分乡镇必须通过修建污水处理设施和搬迁、淘汰一部分企业才能使梁滩河满足其水质功能区划标准。
The water environmental capacity of the Liangtanhe tributary of the Jialingjiang River was calculated using the one-dimensional convective reaction water quality model developed by the Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences,with COD and NH3-N as the controlled objectives.The results show the following:(1) The water load of the Liangtanhe River significantly exceeds the standard,while there is a surplus of capacity in part of the river.On the whole,the capacities of COD and NH3-N are larger than 3.5 times and 10.3 times the total water environmental capacity,respectively.(2) After the optimization of the sewage outfall of the basin,the optimized scheme has higher capacity utilization efficiency than the current reduction scheme,with COD being 7.58% higher and NH3-N 8.15% higher.(3) For the implementation of the reduction scheme,some villages and towns have to set up sewage treatment facilities,and relocate and eliminate some enterprises to meet the requirements for water quality function regionalization in the Liangtanhe River.
