摘要
1000MW核电机组低压直焊式隔板的末级和次末级叶片均采用空心叶片,空心叶片具有重量轻、成本低的优点,但制造精度要求高,难度大,特别是成型质量、焊接变形难以控制。该文从核电空心叶片国产化的实际试制情况出发,介绍了空心叶片制造工艺流程,并详细阐述了内背弧热压成型、装配、焊接、校型等工序的技术要点和工艺难点以及解决方案,最终实现核电空心叶片的国产化制造。
The last stage blades and the second last stage blades of 1000MW nuclear power units are hollow, hollow blades have several advantages: light weight and low cost. However, the request of high precision makes it difficult to manufacture, especially in molding quality, and it is hard to control the deformation in welding process. This paper reports the hollow blade manufacturing process and introduces the back-arc compression molding, assembly, welding, technology processes, explain the technique difficulties and solutions, for ultimately the nuclear hollow blade local manufacturing.
