摘要
利用有限元方法对1.5MW风电机组机舱罩进行了结构分析,根据分析结果对结构铺层进行了优化设计。经过结构优化,1.5MW机舱罩的制造成本降低了约5%,提高了其价格竞争力,为风机保持合理利润空间提供了有力的支持。
The Finite Element Method(FEM) is used for the nacelle structure analysis of 1.5MW wind turbine. The structure layup is optimized based on FEM results. After the structure optimization, the manufacture cost of 1.5MW nacelle is reduced about 5%. This work has a significant effect to keep a reasonable profit of wind turbine.
