超超临界1000MW汽轮机高压外缸加工工艺研究

摘要 文章主要分析了1000MW超超高压外缸结构、加工内容、加工精度要求等,并针对设计要求提出了相应的加工工艺方案。同时对加工难点进行分析,并结合现有设备和实际生产需要,设计出既能保证加工质量,又具有合理性、经济性的工艺、工装、刀具和数控程序等,保证了汽缸的顺利产出。 The article mainly analyses the structure, machining details, machining accuracy requirement etc. of HP outer casing of ultra-supercritical steam turbine with output 1000MW and provides machining process solution according to the requirement. The article also analyses machining difficulties and describes process, fixtures, cutters, NC program etc. which can not only assure machining quality but also own characteristics of economy so that the HP outer casing can be assured to be finished machining smoothly.
