知识集聚与不确定环境下技术创新的影响机制 被引量:10

The mechanism of technological innovation in the environment of knowledge agglomeration and uncertainty

摘要 聚焦于"知识集聚与不确定性环境下企业的创新资源如何配置才更有效率"的问题,建立起以知识集聚与不确定性为调节变量的组织模块性、知识基础影响企业创新绩效的研究模型,并以我国的高新技术企业为样本对其进行了实证检验。结果表明,在知识集聚与不确定环境中,模块化的组织方式是比较有效的资源配置方式。此外,知识集聚与不确定性主要调节动态能力对创新绩效的影响;企业技术创新所依赖的动态能力主要取决于企业的组织模块性与知识基础,与其创新环境无关;知识集聚对企业知识基础的形成具有重要意义,而提高组织模块性则是企业应对环境不确定性的有效途径之一。 Focused on the theme that which way is more efficient to allocate innovation resources in the environment of knowledge agglomeration and uncertainty,this paper built a research model in which organizational modularity and knowledge base impact innovation performance under the moderate variables of knowledge agglomeration and uncertainty,and conducted an empirical test with a sample of high technology companies.The results show that the modular organization pattern is an effective way to allocate innovation resources in the environment of knowledge agglomeration and uncertainty.Beside,knowledge agglomeration and uncertainty moderate the relationship between dynamic capabilities and innovation performance;the dynamic capabilities that firms' innovation activities rely on are decided by their organizational modularity and knowledge base,while they have nothing to do the environment;knowledge agglomeration is significant for the formation of firms' knowledge base,and increasing the level of organizational modularity is one effective way for firms responding to the environmental uncertainty.
