摘要
提出人才培养模式改革与创新的意义,指出了目前轻化工程专业在人才培养模式方面存在的一些问题,结合齐齐哈尔大学轻化工程专业的教育教学改革工作,从转变教学观念、加强师资队伍建设、注重人才培养方案的修订、加强实践教学环节、倡导学科间的相互渗透和交叉等方面进行了探讨。
The paper pointed out the meaning and some problems of reformation and innovation about talent education mode for three professional directions of light chemistry engineering. Reformation of education light chemistry engineering in our university was introduced with respect to changing the teaching conception, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, emphasizing the formulation of personnel cultivation project, enhancing the practice education and promoting the interdisciplinarity of teaching projects.
