摘要
研究了氯化三丁基锡(TBT-Cl)对鲤鱼肝胰脏线粒体DNA(mtDNA)在体内和体外的毒性作用.结果表明,在体外反应中,200mg/LTBT-Cl可以引起双链闭环的mtDNA部分单链打开的损伤,浓度为600mg/L时,导致大部分mtDNA被切断成线状的严重损伤.体内实验0.05μg/L浓度即可引起mtDNA的严重损伤.
The effect of tributyltin chloride (TBT Cl) to mitochondria DNA (mtDNA) of carp ( Cyprinus carpio ) liver\|pancereas was studied. Our aim was to investigate the mechanism of toxicity of organotin compounds which were environmental pollutants. The harmful effects of TBT Cl mtDNA in vivo and in vitro were studied . The results showed that: 200 mg/L TBT Cl could decrease the number of super helix part of mtDNA, 600 mg/L TBT Cl could completely destroy this part in vitro . When in vivo , 0.05μg/L TBT Cl could increase the number of broken pieces of mtDNA.
