摘要
目的探讨营养护理对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者营养状况和生活质量的影响。方法以2009年5月~2010年5月在我院血液透析中心行MHD的患者为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组在常规护理的基础上给予强化营养护理,对照组进行常规护理。比较半年后两组患者的营养状况及生活质量评分(SF-36)。结果营养护理后半年,实验组营养不良炎症评分(MIS)较基线和对照组显著降低,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),白蛋白、肌酐、血红蛋白等营养指标显著升高,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);实验组一般健康状况、生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情感职能、躯体健康总评、心理健康总评和总分较基线和对照组显著升高,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论强化营养护理可以改善MHD患者的营养状况和生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of nutritional nursing on nutritional status and quality of life for patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Method All the patients accepted MHD therapy in Hemo-purified center in our hospital from May. 2009 to May. 2010 was selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in experimental group accepted enhanced nutritional nursing and routine nursing. Patients in control group accepted routine only. The nutritional status, quality of life and 36-item short-form health survey (SF-36) after six month was measured and between the two group. Result After 6 months of nutritional nursing, the MIS in experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P〈0.05). The albumin, serum creatinine and haemoglobin in experimental group wan significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05). The SF-36 and its aspects in experimental group were significantly improved than before(P〈0.05). Conclusion Enhanced nutritional nursing is a good method to improve the nutritional status and quality of life of MHD patients.
