文章通过调查和数理统计等方法得出辽宁省交通高等专科学校男生身高、体重、胸围生长发育指标低于辽宁省大学生均值水平(P<0.01);女生身高低于辽宁省大学生均值水平(P<0.01)。BMI指数、克托莱指数、维尔维克指数指标高于辽宁省大学生均值(P<0.01)。揭示辽宁交专学生生长发育现状、优势与缺陷,并提出体育教学培养策略。

The article gains its results from the methods of survey and cultivation strategies： boys＇ height,weight,chest circumference growth index typical value is lower than the index typical value of colleges in Liaoning province（P0.01）.The girls＇ height is lower,too（P0.01）.BMI,Leroy index,and Weierweike index typical value is higher than Liaoning university students（P0.01）.These index value points out the current growth situation of students in Liaoning Provincial College of Communications（LNCC）,with the analysis of advantage and disadvantage.The article also puts forward the PE teaching and training strategy.
