放射性核素示踪技术在心脏干细胞移植中的应用

摘要 将干细胞移植至受损心脏替代坏死心肌,修复心肌结构和功能,以治疗心肌梗死,近年来取得了令人鼓舞的成果,但仍然存在很多待解决问题,核心问题是移植干细胞在宿主体内的去向和命运。通过处死动物后利用心脏组织切片进行定性和半定量分析与临床应用要求相去甚远。放射性核素干细胞活体示踪技术可以对干细胞在体的分布、归巢、增殖情况进行监测,从而有助于了解干细胞治疗的机制和协助治疗策略的选择。笔者就目前放射性核素干细胞活体示踪技术在心脏干细胞移植方面的应用情况作一综述。
