石油炼制行业加氢裂化装置清洁生产指标体系的构建

通过对国内现有加氢裂化装置生产工艺和设备、资源和能源利用、污染物产生等情况的调查统计及分析,同时参考石油炼制业清洁生产指标评价体系,构建了加氢裂化装置清洁生产指标体系,为加氢裂化装置清洁生产审核和环境影响评价工作提供参考。

Based on investigation and statistics analysis of the process and equipment, resource and energy utilization, pollutant generation in domestic existing hydrocracking units, with reference of cleaner production index assessment system of oil refining industry, the paper constructs cleaner production index system for hydrocracking unit, and provides a reference for cleaner production audit and environmental impact assessment.
