无导线心脏起搏/除颤器——心脏起搏技术的新里程碑 被引量:2

摘要 目前心脏起搏/除颤器的使用寿命短和导线技术存在诸多问题,科学家在不断探索起搏器能量及无导线技术。现在正在试验和试用的技术有:①经体表无线传输能量的心脏起搏研究:有电磁传输方式和超声传输方式,此两种方式虽然稳定夺获心脏,但无法解决能量传输中的太大能量损耗问题。②生物"自发电"起搏器研究:有酶生物发电技术和纳米发电技术,这两种技术尚处于研发阶段。③"种植"式无导线微型起搏器:最大的核能技术虽然能解决无导线和寿命问题,但由于核能固有的缺点,使得该技术不能获得广泛接受;由于电子技术的微型化,使得微型化的起搏器研制成功。目前正处于临床试验阶段。④无导线除颤器的研究:有完全皮下埋藏式心脏转复除颤器和经皮置入式血管内除颤器,这两种除颤器都显示了良好的效果。
