中国共产党领袖产生与新老交替机制相关研究述评

摘要 以中国共产党的十六大为标志,党和国家领导人新老交替真正实现了制度化、规范化和程序化;十七大又在领袖产生机制上有重大创新。研究中国共产党领袖产生与新老交替机制,有利于我党继续发扬过去的好传统好做法,进一步完善领袖产生与新老交替机制,但是学界还没有人全面系统详实深入地研究自党成立以来到十七大近90年中的领袖产生与新老交替机制的发展历程或经验。 The 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China being the mark, the alternation of the leaders of Chinese Communist and the country has realized institutionalization, standardization and routinization. The forming mechanism of the leader has also been innovated in the 17th Session of the General Assembly. Studying the mechanism of the leaders forming and alternation is favorable for our party to continue to carry forward the good tradition and the way of doing in the past, and to further improve the mechanism, but there is not scholar studying the history or experience of the mechanism from 1921 to now.
