摘要
建立了乙烷裂解炉出口组分、转化率以及收率的简化非线性控制数学模型,并依此模型研究了以乙烯产量为最大值的非线性优化控制问题,得出了乙烷裂解炉的最优操作条件。
Some simplified nonlinear models of ethane cracking furnace, which describe the concentrations of the cracking furnace outlet ethane and propylene, the ethane conversion rate and the one-way receipt rate of the ethane are made. Meanwhile, by applying these models, a nonlinear optimizing control problem for the maximum product output of ethylene is studied. and the optimal operating strategy is proposed.
