摘要
针对日常气象业务的需求,新近研制出一种基于CCD非测量相机的云底高立体测量仪。讨论了此仪器的快速检校方法,并为此设计了一种东、西、南、北、天顶五个方向都有标志点的室内检校场。研究出采用Canny边缘提取、八邻域跟踪和椭圆拟合的自动提取大量标志点的方法以及由此解算仪器参数的高精度技术。
According to the requirements of meteorological routines,a new instrument for measuring cloud base height has recently been developed based on CCD camera.In this paper,a method for fast camera calibration is presented.To demonstrate the fast camera calibration method,a unique indoor control field is built with east,west,south,north and zenith planes.In order for fast calibration,a new method for automatic extraction of mark points is proposed,which is based on Canny's edge extraction,eight neighborhood track and eclipse fitting.Furthermore,the techniques for high precise calibration of the instrument are developed.
