摘要
以医学期刊为例,从著作权法角度对科技期刊作者署名权及署名单位、作品的修改权及保护作品完整权、财产权等问题进行探讨,呼吁科技期刊编辑切实提高著作权意识。
More issues on copyright occur in the editing of sci-tech journals but usually neglected. Taking the medical journal for instance, the rights of authorship and attribution, alteration, integrity, ownership of property and delegation of authority are discussed from the perspective of copyright laws. It is stressed that the editors＇ awareness of protecting copyright be enhanced.
