具有二维网络结构的新型银配位聚合物的合成和晶体结构

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of New Silver Coordination Polymer with Two-Dimension Network Structure

摘要 在水热条件下,以硝酸银、2,2',4,4'-联苯四甲酸和4,4'-联吡啶为原料合成了一例具有二维网络结构的新型配位聚合物{[Ag3(Hbtc)(4,4'-bpy)3].5H2O}n(H4 btc=2,2',4,4'-联苯四甲酸,4,4'-bpy=4,4'-联吡啶),通过X-射线单晶衍射仪、红外光谱仪以及热分析仪对其进行了表征。结构分析表明,配合物属单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.1172(2)nm;b=1.7700(4)nm;c=2.2186(4)nm;α=90°,β=94.06(3)°,γ=90°;z=4,Dc=1.837 mg.m-3,μ=1.405 mm-1,F(000)=2420。对于I>2 sigma(I)的数据,最终偏离因子R=0.0954,wR=0.1438;对于所有数据,最终偏离因子R=0.1419,wR=0.1611。在配合物中,Ag(I)原子被4,4'-联吡啶的氮原子连接成了无限的1D链,2,2',4,4'-联苯四甲酸上的羧基氧原子与1D链上的Ag(I)原子配位,将结构拓展为二维网络结构。 The coordination polymer{[Ag3(Hbtc)(4,4′-bpy)3]·5H2O}n(H4btc=biphenyl-2,2′,4,4′-tet racarboxylic acid,4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine) has been hydrothermally synthesized.In the preparation,AgNO3,H4btc and 4,4′-bpy are material.The complex has been characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction,IR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis.Crystal structural analysis reveals that the complex is Monoclinic,with space group P2(1)/c,a=1.1172(2) nm;b=1.7700(4) nm;c=2.2186(4) nm;α = 90°,β =94.06(3)°,γ =90°;z =4;Dc =1.837mg·m-3;μ= 1.405 mm-1;F(000) =2420;R=0.0954,wR=0.1438.The complex possesses one-dimension chain structure constructed via silver(I) atom and nitrogen atoms from 4,4′-bipyridine,and oxygen atoms of(Hbtc)3-ligands coordinate to silver(I) atoms from one-dimension chains to form two-dimension network structure.
