摘要
通过对造纸法再造烟叶中烟梗疏解提取和常规提取的分析比较,证实疏解提取较常规提取能提高约5%的提取率,以及在浓缩、打浆、纸机抄造上带来明显的优势,说明烟梗采用疏解提取的方式更有利于再造烟叶的生产。
According to the comparison and analysis of defibering extraction and routine extraction of tobacco stem in paper-making reconstituted tobacco, defibering extraction could increase 5% extraction ratio than routine extraction, and offer obvious advantage in concentrating, beating and papermaking process. The results showed that it could be beneficial to the production of reconstituted tobacco by defibering extraction of tobacco stem.
